365 Return Policy.

At Bobby Nugget we make it simple and take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used. However, we are happy to assist in the following cases:

Eligible Returns

1. Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 365 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will promptly send you a replacement or issue a refund.

2. Wrong Item Received:

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send the correct product to you at no additional cost. 

3. Lost in Transit:

  • If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or gold paydirt products unless they meet the conditions listed above.

Refund Process 

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days or send a replacement item.
