Bobby Nugget Return and Refund Policy


Our Core Promise: We offer a 30-day return for unopened items and a 365-day guarantee against shipping damage.

At Bobby Nugget, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window for items that are new and unopened (change of mind). Returns are free if we made a mistake (damaged/wrong item).

Standard 30-Day Change of Mind Returns

If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, we are happy to accept the return of any item that is unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.

  • Return Window: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate this request.

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refund: A 0% restocking fee applies (you get a full refund of the product price). The refund will be issued once the unopened item is received and inspected.

Fault-Based Returns (365-Day Window)

We gladly assist with returns or replacements in the following fault-based cases. In these situations, we cover all costs, including return shipping.

  1. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 365 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

  2. Wrong Item Received (Fulfillment Error): If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send the correct product to you immediately and provide a free return label for the incorrect product.

  3. Lost in Transit: If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping provider to ensure you receive your product or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

  • This includes opened or tampered gold paydirt products, as their nature prevents re-sale or re-stocking once the factory seal is broken, unless they were originally received damaged or incorrect (see fault-based returns above).

How to Start a Return Request

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@bobbynugget.com and provide the following:

  • Your Order Number

  • Reason for the Return

  • Photos of the item (required for damaged or incorrect item claims)

Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved (and the returned item is received, if applicable), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days or send a replacement item.
