Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using the carrier and service level selected at checkout.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed prior to purchase.

Unless otherwise requested in writing before shipment, orders are not automatically shipped with signature confirmation or registered delivery.

If you would like insured, registered, or signature-required shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Delivery Responsibility & Tracking

Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for:

• Monitoring tracking updates

• Ensuring a secure delivery location

• Retrieving packages promptly after delivery

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is reported lost or stolen, the customer must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation or recovery claim.

Bobby Nugget LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered after confirmed carrier delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Bobby Nugget is not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

• Packages returned due to address errors

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

High-Value Orders

For higher-value purchases, we may contact customers to confirm shipping details prior to dispatch.

At our discretion, certain orders may require signature confirmation for delivery.

Carrier Delays

Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Bobby Nugget is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather

• Carrier disruptions

• Peak season congestion

• Customs processing (if applicable)

International Shipping (If Applicable)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance processes.
