3. Privacy

4. Site Availability and Modification

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Site but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Bobby Nugget may modify, suspend, or remove the Site at any time for legal, security, or operational reasons.

6. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with applicable laws and this Agreement.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

Order Processing:

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. A contract is created only after payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Recurring Subscriptions:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled via your account dashboard or by contacting us.
• By subscribing, you authorize Bobby Nugget to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Refunds and Returns:

9. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

By using the Site, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to participate in class actions. Arbitration details include:

• Claims must be brought within one year of the event.
• Arbitration will be held in Seattle, WA.
• Each party bears its own legal fees.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by notifying us within 30 days of accepting this Agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Bobby Nugget is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
• Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the total amount you have spent on the Site.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in courts located in King County, WA.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Site, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
